Přesně něco takového, jako je tento portál, mi celoui dobu, odkdy neslyším (2003) chybělo. Instituce/obchody/atd. často uvádějí pouze telefonní kontakty, bez možnosti písemné komunikace, přičemž ten, kdo neslyší, má prostě smůlu. Z tohoto místa se jim však zatelefonovat dá. A třeba i takové odhlášení obědů pro dítě, je teď bez běhání do školní jídelny.
